(B) In the phylum $Cnidaria$ (also known as $Coelenterata$),organisms exhibit a primitive nervous system. They possess a network of neurons (nerve cells) distributed throughout the body, which helps in coordinating activities. However, they lack a centralized nervous system or organized nerves (nerve bundles/tracts) as seen in higher animals. Therefore, they have neurons but lack organized nerves.
