(D) ligament is a dense regular connective tissue primarily composed of collagen fibers, which provides stability to joints but has limited elasticity. Elastic connective tissue, often referred to as yellow elastic tissue, contains a high proportion of elastin fibers, making it highly stretchable. Since neither tendons (which connect muscle to bone) nor raphe (a ridge or seam of tissue) are defined as stretchable tissues similar to ligaments, the correct answer is $(d)$.
