In the given compound,there is an aldehyde group $(-CHO)$,a ketone group $(>C=O)$,and an ester group $(-COOCH_3)$. $LiAlH_4$ will reduce all three functional groups: $1$. The aldehyde group $(-CHO)$ is reduced to a primary alcohol $(-CH_2OH)$. $2$. The ketone group $(>C=O)$ is reduced to a secondary alcohol $(-CHOH-)$. $3$.
