(B) Mammals are generally viviparous, meaning they give birth to young ones. However, there is a small group of mammals known as monotremes that are oviparous, meaning they lay eggs. $Ornithorhynchus$ (commonly known as the $Platypus$) is a classic example of an oviparous mammal. $Macropus$ (kangaroo) is a marsupial and is viviparous. $Aptenodytes$ (penguin) and $Neophron$ (vulture) are birds, not mammals.
